Jean Paul Deville

Our pick: Champagne Brut 'Carte Noire'

A harmonious Brut Champagne, predominantly Pinot Noir, delivers excellent value. Aged for 24 months on lees following the Champenoise Method, "Carte Noire" showcases a bright straw yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the palate, it's lively, dry, and pleasantly fruity with a harmonious, savoury finish, making it perfect for aperitifs or seafood appetisers.

A Los Vinateros Bravos

Our pick: Volcánico Pais

Sourced from ancient, un-irrigated vines in volcanic soil, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation and natural malolactic fermentation. This vegan wine features fine-grain tannins, a distinctive mineral character, and is best enjoyed young and slightly chilled. Harvested manually, it's a true expression of its terroir.
